Ashfield District Council are seeking to appoint a Technical Partner to lead on the refurbishment and extension of the theatre at Sutton Community Academy, NG17 1EE. The overall project aims are to enhance the theatre and cinema offering for the academy and the wider community.The Technical Partner will be responsible for the following:- Feasibility assessment- Development of a business model- Development of tender pack for appointment of the design team- Specialist consultancy advice to the design team during pre-construction and throughout the construction phase (RIBA 4-7)- Advice support & training to staff / volunteers of the Theatre on handover
