Talent Match is a youth employment programme funded by the Big Lottery running for up to 5 years. The programme is led by BVSC in partnership with Solihull SUSTAIN and guided by a Core Strategic Partnership Group.The programme aims to achieve the following outcomes:Improved confidence, optimism and support for young people who have been unemployed for over 12 months.Improved and co-ordinated local pathways to get young people into positive economic activity.More meaningful connections and partnerships between employers, agencies and voluntary and community sector organisations.More young people securing employment, taking up training or further education or creating their own employment and enterprise.We are looking for potential suppliers to work with our Talent Match Team to achieve the outcomes listed above.See more at: http://www.bvsc.org/talent-match-birmingham-and-solihull
