Tandridge District Council is seeking to appoint an experienced service provider for the inclusive servicing, repair and maintenance of the domestic heating systems, including an annual service and inspection.A 24 hour 365 day service for repairs shall be required across approximately 2 600 domestic dwellings. The contract shall be for an initial period of 7 years with an option to extend for a further 3 years. Following evaluation of the Selection Questionnaire responses six potential suppliers will be shortlisted and invited to tender for this contract.This is being issued as the first stage of a two stage restricted process with a value above the OJEU threshold.
