This company would be the client's preferred partner/ subcontractor due to the knowledge and history of this scheme, notwithstanding we would accept an alternative subcontractor, providing they are compliant with the tender and could demonstrate better value for money or commercial benefits. 3. The scheme will be carried out under a standard JCT intermediate design and build contract. 4. Please include all preliminary items such as welfare facilities, supervision, plant, access equipment, removal of arising debris from site and DBS vetting for operatives
