Technical Services to assist with the Coal Authority's Research and Development Programme.
Descriptions
The Coal Authority is devising a trial programme to develop mine water treatment technologies to become the recognised world leader in this field. It is anticipated that there will be 8 trials of varying complexities to be carried out over initially a 24 month period.A partner will be required to provide the following resources:— Comprehensive water industry knowledge in developing trials and schemes for research and development purposes,— The engineering knowledge to translate concept sketches provided by the Coal Authority into fully-functioning trial equipment installed on-site in Wakefield,— The supply of skilled operative labour that is capable of carrying out hands-on trials with access to mechanical; electrical and instrumentation/control resources for troubleshooting.
