This is a project to develop and pilot one of three coaching and mentoring systems that support talent management for the Asset Skills sector. This tender invites companies to submit proposals for the development, pilot delivery of one of these models and the completion of an employer toolkit based on the model, appropriate to the industries represented in the Asset Skills sector.
