1.1This tender invites companies to submit proposals for the development and delivery of a series of workshops and business to business mentoring sessions that support talent management for the Asset Skills sector. To support the workshops companies are required to develop employer toolkits based workshops which will be made freely available to employers in the sector. The workshops, mentoring sessions and toolkits must be appropriate to the industries represented in the Asset Skills sector which broadly are:1.1.1Housing1.1.2Property and planning1.1.3Facilities Management and cleaning (incorporating pest control and parking)1.2This project supports our EIF2 Talent Management Programme funded by UKCES.
