Homes England is seeking to appoint a multidisciplinary professional services team for the Homes England - Teville Gate site. The main objective of the appointment is to create a commercially viable and deliverable proposal for a mixed-use residential led regeneration scheme. The commission will be broken into the following stages of work:
Stage 1 - Technical Due Diligence
Stage 2 - Property Services
Stage 3 - Capacity Planning & Testing
Stage 4 - Viability testing
Stage 5 - Preparation of disposals material (Note: to be priced separately within this return)
Stage 6 - Preparation of an outline planning application (Note: to be priced separately within this return)
