On Council land at Southern Road Recreation Ground. The demolition of an old changing room block and the construction of a community and youth centre including grounds and remodelling / installation of a carpark. The construction is expected to be above £2m. The procurement method is yet to be agreed but we are considering either traditional or design and build contract.
This is an exciting project for Thame to provide a hub for the whole community.
