We have been supplying Galway with plant based products since 2005 on the local markets, we opened in bricks and mortar in 2015 and have developed a range of very successful plant based protein lines. We have now secured a starter unit at the Bord Bia BIA Innovator Campus in Athenry. We aim to be in full production at the beginning of 2022 supplying the retail/wholesale market with our most popular plant based protein products:FalafelNot ChickenFake SteakShawarma These products are tried and tested on a daily basis in our busy restaurant/deli in Galway City. The long term vision is to supply supermarkets and delis nationwide. We aim to develop a fully Irish grown falafel made from broad beans and are currently in talks with farmers for this project. We believe this could become a staple product in many Irish households as an interest in plant based eating is exponentially rising. We envisage the creation of 3 jobs initially, growing to 6 by the end of year 2.We are seeking LEADRE funding to assist us with the purchase and installation of the necessary equipment to enter this very exciting and growing retail market.
