Descriptions
The contract is for the delivery and supply of a full range of catering services only.These services include breakfast; lunch, dinner and evening bar services to short and long term Students, Trade Union delegates, the Children's Centre and visitors to the College.Presently Students, Staff and Delegates use the catering services either as a cash buyer or with the use of pre determined allowance vouchers.All services are provided throughout the year on a 7 day a week basis, with the following exceptions:1. no Sunday evening meal service;2. brunch Sunday lunch service (proposed);3. no Sunday Bar service.The College operates courses for 46 weeks per annum; full services are required during this period.Adhoc hospitality services and external functions are required to be catered for throughout the year for visitors to the College, which may include periods outside the school term referred to above.
