Advance is a registered provider of accommodation to people with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. We work nationally and provide services from Lincolnshire to the South Coast, and Kent through to Cornwall.Accommodation ranges from 3/4 bed shared homes, one bedroomed homes and some larger schemes with 8 or more homes where there could be 24 hour support colleagues on site. The purpose of this contract is to provide cleaning, including window cleaning in communal areas.This tender is offered in 8 Lots, Bidders have the opportunity to apply for 1 or more lots.
