This contract will be for Total Waste Management Services. This contract agreement will manage all waste streams from cradle to grave and is intended to be a partnership contract between the Bedford NHS Trust Hospital, Luton and Dunstable University Hospital and Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and supplier(s).Bidders should be aware that this service provision must address carbon reduction opportunities and the sustainability agenda by minimising waste and providing this service as environmentally friendly. In submitting their bids contractors should place particular emphasis on how the service will be provided and how bidders will assist the Trust in meeting the NHS Carbon Reduction Strategy.
