Descriptions
The Pensions Authority requires a daily cleaning service, a biannual deep clean service, and supply of cleaning products and equipment, for its offices in Verschoyle House, Lower Mount Street, Dublin 2, D02 KX27. Verschoyle House is a leased building, currently shared with one other tenant. The cleaning of the common areas, including the entrance lobby and the lifts, are the responsibility of the landlord, and fall outside the scope of the Authority’s cleaning service requirements.
