Tree and woodland management works

Church Crookham Parish Council is seeking a suitably qualified company to carry out required tree works following the three yearly tree surveys. Responsive service delivery will be required to undertake identified, reactive and planned maintenance relating to trees, shrubs and hedges which fall under the Council's ownership and management. Contracted work will include, but not limited to: Tree pruning, tree cutting, tree removal, stump removal, associated waste removal, large shrub removal, hedge cutting/ pruning, emergency response and call out. In addition, woodland management, orchard maintenance and young tree maintenance as well as the desire to enhance the tree population of the parish by planting replacement and additional trees and hedges. The appointed contractor will be required to work within the parish council annual budget and proposed future budgets for a minimum term of 2 x 3-year survey cycles i.e. 6 years with an option to extend for a 3rd survey cycle. Church Crookham Parish Council reserves the right to appoint more that one contractor if tender responses suggest that not all required works listed can be provided.
