A provider of services to enable Royal Mail Group to measure and report on delivering quality of service performance for the UK postal Access Market. In this context Access is where mail is collected by one postal operator who then accesses Royal Mail's delivery network for the mail to be delivered to the final recipiant. All postal operators in the UK are licensed by Ofcom to handle postal items and Access is the main form of competition in the UK at present. The service will include, but will not be limited to, measuring and reporting on the end to end services (from poster to letter box).
