Descriptions
The House of Lords Communications team is looking to invite tender applications from qualified suppliers to produce a series of videos on Lords committee reports. There will be 6-11 videos each year, responding to business need, and the contract will run for two years. Each video will be 1-2 minutes long and use a mix of Lords business footage, stock footage and images, and animation.
