Adra (Tai) Cyfyngedigare looking to establish a Void Property Cleaning and Clearance framework to support our repairs and maintenance team. To establish the best procurement strategy and framework structure we are carrying out pre-market engagement to gain insight and feedback from service providers working within our geographical areas. As part of our early procurement planning process, Adra undertook a series of activities to engage with the market from late 2024 to early 2025. Following on from these sessions, Adra have decided to establish a framework agreement with separate lots for the Property Cleaning service and for the Property Clearance service. Due to the nature of the services, the framework will operate on an ad-hoc, as-and-when-required basis. The structure of the framework we are looking at is; Lot 1 - Void Property Cleaning 1a - Arfon 1b - Dwyfor 1c - Meirionnydd 1d - Conwy County 1e - Denbighshire & Flintshire 1f - Wrexham County Lot 2 - Void Property Clearance 2a - Arfon 2b - Dwyfor 2c - Meirionnydd 2d - Conwy County 2e - Denbighshire & Flintshire 2f - Wrexham County As part of this PME we are keen to hear from providers that would be able to undertake the services within any of the named lots.
