Descriptions
The project will deliver high quality, high speed digital connectivity free for all Virgin Trains customers on the West Coast Mainline (WCML). The service will provide reliable and continuous data connectivity from our trains on the WCML regardless of the environmental challenges that are posed such as by tunnels and cuttings. Virgin Trains passengers have high expectations with regards to the customer experience and the services which we offer them — as part of this new service the project aims to exceed their expectations and deliver a world class high-speed mobile data network capable of providing up to 600 digital users per train with free access to Internet based services.
