As we approach an important milestone in the history of the Wales Co-operative Centre in 2022, our 40th anniversary, we are looking for a trusted and expert partner to help us prepare for the next stage of our journey. We would like to contract with an individual or organisation to work with us to develop our strategy for 2022-27.As a co-operative organisation, listening to the views of our members, employees, clients (and future clients) and partners is at the heart of how we do things. We would like you to act as an independent party to hear their views and involve them in developing our new strategy.We want to benefit from the expertise, objectivity and added value that an external contractor could bring.Our team will provide administrative support to the successful contractor in organising interviews and meetings so they can concentrate their time on adding value to the strategy development process.Throughout the strategy development process, we would like to gather information and ideas to inform the work of a brand consultant, whose work will begin mid-way through this contract.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=109108.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
