The Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking to engage with potential suppliers of walking aid cleaning services. This pre-market engagement notice aims to gather information from interested parties to inform the development of a future procurement process. The successful supplier will be expected to provide high-quality walking aid cleaning services, including: - Cleaning and disinfection of walking aids (e.g., crutches, walking frames, rollators) - Compliance with infection control and health and safety regulations - Efficient and effective service delivery *Pre-Market Engagement Questions* We would appreciate your feedback on the following: - What services can your organisation offer in relation to walking aid cleaning? - What experience do you have in providing similar services to healthcare organisations? - How would you ensure compliance with infection control and health and safety regulations? - What pricing models would you propose for this service? *How to Respond* If you are interested in participating in this pre-market engagement, please submit your responses to Phil Adamson - Contracts Manager - Philip.Adamson2@nhs.net by Friday 18th July 2025.
