NHS Waltham Forest CCG is seeking offers for the provision of Community direct GP Access ambulatory ECG, BP and Plain ECG services under the any qualified provider (AQP) process (Lot 1). The anticipated period of contract is 15.8.2018 to 14.8.2021, with a potential option to extend for 2 years.In addition, NHS Waltham Forest clinical commissioning group we be opening the opportunity for new qualified entrants for the provision of:Community direct GP Access non-obstetric ultrasound (NOUS) Services (Lot 2); and.Community direct GP Access Echocardiogram services (Lot 3).Under the any qualified provider (AQP) process.
