Accent Housing is procuring Warden Call and Door Entry Systems Servicing and Maintenance as a single combined contract covering all five Regional operating areas, identified herein as Lot 1.Accent is also procuring Fire Systems Servicing and Maintenance as a single contract covering all 5 Regional operating areas, identified herein as Lot 2.Interested parties can tender for one or both Lots and Accent may award contracts for 1 or both Lots to a single Service Provider subject to the tender outcome.Contracts let through this process will also include the periodic replacement or upgrading of installations.Contracts will be let for an initial period of 5 years, with the options to extend by 3 further periods of 2 years, 2 years and 1 year respectively.
