Washington Academy - LED Project
Descriptions
Washington Academy has been identified to experience ahigh spike in utility costs, causing a substantial pressure to budgets. This risk is variable due to the energy crisis, however the risk of unsustainable price rise remains likely. To mitigate this risk, the project proposes to replace all lighting from halogen with LED using with White Croft Installation. This will maximise the energy savings and reduce the payback period to under 2 years. Due to the urgency of this project the school intends to undertake the work as soon as possible, to achieve savings faster. Consilium is happy to work with the appointed supplier to develop a programme which works best for the school as well the supplier. It is recommended this work will be undertaken out of hours for ease of both parties and for efficiency purposes. Site visits are available, to arrange a site visit please contact Suzie.McNicholas@Consilium-at.com To apply, suppliers should submit the bid with all the completed documentation as well as a proposed programme. The bid should be sent to Suzie.McNicholas@Consilium-at.com and cc'ing Max.Carr@DRC-consulting.co.uk by closing date and time included.
