Westminster City Council (the Authority) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified organisation to submit a bid to enter into a framework agreement for the provision of right to light (the Services). It is anticipated that the framework will cover three key areas/property type and contracts will be awarded accordingly. The three key areas will be: — high rise, — mixed, — residential. Full specification of the service requirements will be published at the tender stage. Please be aware that expressing interest in this opportunity is not a guarantee of further competition. The Authority reserves the right, at its own discretion, to withdraw from the process and pursue alternative routes to market for the provision of this service, should it decide to do so.
