Descriptions
The Project involves the construction of an Integrated Constructed Wetlands for the Mount Congreve Estate and will manage and treat all the waste waters on site with an additional storm water wetland, the main elements of the works are as follows:Construction of Integrated Constructed Wetland, comprising of 3 No. wetland cells;• Installation of pipework between settlement/septic tanks and distribution chamber.• Installation of pipework between wetland cells.• Installation of new septic tank.• Installation of distribution chamber.• Construction of a storm water wetland.• Installation of non-return valve to existing drain• Install outfall from ICW/Cell 3 to drain• Installation of Discharge manhole with flow monitoring• Provision of associated wetland features including jetty and spawning areas and access gate.• Access paths and service roads around the Integrated Constructed Wetland.Note: Tenders to be submitted by eTenders online portal only, no hardcopy will be accepted.
