WDC - Cycle hire scheme within Leamington Spa, Warwick and Kenilworth

Warwick District Council wishes to investigate establishing a cycle hire scheme in Warwick, Leamington and Kenilworth.

In order to better understand the current state of the marketplace and possibilities for cycle hire schemes in the area the council are looking to engage with providers of:

• Docked cycle hire schemes

• Virtual Docked cycle hire schemes

• Hybrid schemes of physical and virtual docks

We are looking for feedback from suppliers on the achievability of the currently identified requirements as well as any additional requirements and opportunities that should be included.

First stage currently is to carry out pre-market engagement. with meetings looking to be held: Monday 24th (between 10 am and 3PM) Tuesday 25th (between 10 am and 1pm) Wednesday 26th (between 10am and 1pm) November 2025. Exact time for meetings to be confirmed
