Descriptions
The aim of this review is to assess the leadership and governance of NCHC as described in the well-led framework published by NHS Improvement and to identify developmental actions in response. This review will inform further targeted development work to secure and sustain NCHC's future performance as part of continuous improvement. A supplier is required to lead, co-ordinate and deliver the review, through providing an informed, objective and constructive perspective and specialist input where required. NCHC wishes to also engage peer reviewers to participate in the review process to utilise skills and experience in the NHS. The review is expected to start in July and take up to six weeks to complete.
