Poole Housing Partnership has contracted for equivalent works previously. The existing contract ends on 31 March 2019. This is a next generation contract to continue with the planned programme of works for the coming contract period. Tenderers note that from 1 April 2019 Bournemouth Borough Council (BBC), Christchurch Borough Council (CBC) and Borough of Poole (BoP) will cease to exist and will be replaced by a new council called Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council). PHP will become an ALMO of BCP Council. Tenderers further note that the above local government reorganisation means that there is a possibility that PHP may not continue to exist in its' current form for the life of the contract and further reorganisation within BCP Council may require an early break from the contract.
