Descriptions
Wing Parish Council are to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified single contractor to carry out the improvements to Wing Recreation Ground, Leighton Road, Wing, Buckinghamshire, LU7 0NW. Full information is available in the tender documents, but the work will include the demolition of the Bowls Clubhouse, construction of a new pavilion, installation of a M.U.G.A, car park extension and amendment to the vision splay, levelling and resurfacing of the football pitches and associated drainage and upgrade to the utilities. The appointed Contractor will operate within a fixed budget. Any quote must include a breakdown of costs for each element, a draft Method statement and a draft project timeline. The successful contractor will have to provide to the Parish Clerk before work commences- • Relevant Health & Safety signage • Risk Assessment • Method Statement Tenders to be returned in sealed envelopes, marked 'Recreation Ground Project Tender Documents' and must be received by Friday 11th October.
