Woodford County High School is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to supply annual planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance to the mechanical and electrical systems at the school. The school consists of the Centenary building, Sports hall, Art and Technology building, Main building, Jubilee building and 6th Form building. Tender submissions should clearly demonstrate: 1. A thorough understanding of the Scope of Work 2. Ability to deliver the services required and have a flexible approach 3. Technical expertise and relevant experience 4. Best value for money 5. Suitability for undertaking of the work Full details are included within the ITT documentation Arrangements will be made for Tenderers to visit the school to obtain a better understanding of the layout and any other relevant information to help in putting together tender bids. The site visits are planned to take place on Wednesday 7th December at 3.30pm. Tenderers should limit their attendance to two representatives.
