We are seeking excellent Trainers who can deliver bilingually (Welsh and English) to deliver the WorldHost customer service programme in Wales People 1st has already recruited a cohort of trainers to deliver the programme. We require additional trainers able to deliver through the medium of Welsh as well as English. This is an opportunity for organisations and individuals to be accredited to deliver the new training programme across Wales.
