This is a 2 stage restricted procurement for the refurbishment of the existing Worthing Library to create a 21st Century/Community Hub at Worthing Library, Richmond Road, Worthing BN11 1HD. Stage 1 is a Pre-Qualification Stage. A minimum of 4 bidders to a maximum of 8 bidders will be short listed to Stage 2 - the invitation to tender stage.
