Ynni’r Fro is a Convergence and Competitiveness & Employment funded Welsh Government (WG) initiative delivered by WG and EST. The aim of the Ynni’r Fro Project is to promote sustainable business growth and new business opportunities in relation to future environmental challenges and opportunities by enabling the establishment or further development of approximately 22 sustainable social enterprises based on new community scale renewable energy installations in Wales.The project consists of three elements:The provision of Technical Development Officers in locally based partners across Wales.Support for preparatory stages through grants to support feasibility studies and other costs.Capital grants and loans to support the installation of the technology This Invitation to Tender defines the requirements and invites bids for a Loan Fund Manager required to administer loans for the Ynni’r Fro Project.
