The South Tees Development Corporation (STDC) proposes to undertake a procurement to select a joint venture partner for the private wire high voltage electricity distribution network at the South Tees site. Prior to initiating the procurement STDC is undertaking soft market testing in order to assess market appetite for the project and also to seek feedback on its proposed procurement and contractual structure.
