The University of Edinburgh wishes to appoint a single supplier to support the University Estates team with the service and maintenance of defined mechanical building services within two avian research buildings, including the provision of air filters serving the supply and extract ventilation systems, so keeping these services in a good and safe working order. The project will deliver the service contract to inspect, service and maintain specific mechanical building services within the Bumstead and Greenwood Buildings’ avian facilities in line with Home Office requirements.
