The council invites Operators to tender to join a Dynamic Purchasing System (Known as DPS) for The provisiontransport within Staffordshire by means of a local bus services, demand responsive or dial a ride services either as a shared taxi service or a registered flexible bus service, using predominantly Private Hire Vehicles and Passenger Carrying Vehicles (PCV).From 13 July 2020 The DPS will be to supply transport services using Private Hire Vehicles and Passenger Carrying Vehicles (PCV) for members of the general public to access townships and marketplaces.In order to be able to compete for business with the Council, suppliers must first be accepted to join the DPS. They will then be automatically notified of opportunities to bid for contracts through Call Off Competitions.Refer to the procurement documentation for the full specification.
