The overall aim of the service is to provide a high quality carpel tunnel service within a convenient community setting, to meet the needs of the people registered with a GP within Doncaster. The intention is to provide a community carpel tunnel service in order to offer prompt and increased treatment options. The service shall deliver an enhanced patient experience with reduced waiting times and easier access, for example; compared to traditional approach approaches in secondary care. To provide an accessible, comprehensive, confidential service that offers service users informed choices and appropriate treatment.
