The London Housing Consortium (LHC) (acting as the Central Purchasing Body for the Welsh Procurement Alliance (WPA)), are consulting on the potential establishment of a DPS Agreement for Residential Construction (including any associated community buildings and facilities) across South and Mid-Wales.
