The UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) would like to invite interested parties to attend a supplier day concerning the provision of low carbon and climate resilient urban planning activities in China. At this stage, FCDO seeks expression of interest in participating in the market engagement. Non-participation in this event will not be taken into account in any future procurement. The purpose of this notice is to explore the market, inform the specifications and help us decide on the best procurement route and strategy. This is not a call to competition and does not constitute the commencement of the procurement process. The virtual supplier day will be hosted on 22 September 2020 and it is expected to start at 9 p.m. GMT (16.00 a.m. Beijing time).
