ELC wish to establish a public eBike scheme via a network of eBike hire stations across the county and are therefore seeking to procure a contract for the design, supply, installation, operation and maintenance of eBikes and associated docking stations. The network will create key links between and within towns as well as increase accessibility to and awareness of eBikes and other forms of wheeling.
