The aim of the Housing Related Support programme is to support individuals and families who are at risk of becoming homeless and provide support to prevent and relieve homelessness. The Authority is proposing a change to the current contract arrangement and feel it is important to discuss these proposed changes with the market to ascertain their view prior to going out to tender. The Authority is committed to delivering Housing Related Support (HRS) in some form within North East Lincolnshire.
