The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to inform the market operators of the second supplier event which the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) is hosting as a webinar on the 22 April 2020 related to the procurement and contract for the provision of the NHS Electronic Staff Record (ESR) Future Service Delivery Model. Please note the decision to host the event as a Webinar has been aligned to recent government guidelines related to COVID-19. The supplier webinar will provide an update on the ESR Re-procurement Programme so far and what has progressed since the last Supplier Event which was held on the 2 December 2019. The NHS ESR solution is one of the Workforce services provided by the NHSBSA and is an Oracle based workforce management tool providing an integrated HR, payroll, learning management and business intelligence solution currently servicing over 1.5 m employees in over 440 organisations and is accessible via a liferay portal.
