This is an prior information notice to notify potentially interested organisations that the Barbican Art Gallery (on behalf of the City of London Corporation) will shortly be launching a procurement process to establish a forthcoming framework agreement for an art transportation service to cover its requirements domestically and internationally. It is currently envisaged that tenders will be invited during May 2020, with prospective bidders being given up to a 5 week period to respond to the opportunity.
