NIE Networks wish to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisations (under a Framework Agreement), to provide Price Control Support: Economic, Engineering, Low Carbon Technology and Climate Change Consultancy. The requirement is split onto four lots as detailed below (each being referred to as a “Framework Panel” ) for the following specialist areas:-Lot 1 – Economic/Financial/Regulation StrategyLot 2 – Low Carbon Technology (LCT) ForecastingLot 3 – Engineering (Techno-Economic) Specialist AdvisorsLot 4 – Climate Change MitigationThe frameworks will be awarded for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend (entirely at the discretion of NIE Networks) for up to two years.
