The purpose of this competition is to establish a Single Operator Framework Agreement for Ocean Engineering Services. The proposed Framework Agreement will be for an initial 12 month contract, with the option to extend on 3 occasions, to a maximum overall term of 4 years, subject to satisfactory performance, business needs and budgetary constraints. The initial contract awarded through this Framework will be for the design and implementation of a Seawater Sampler Assembly.
