The purpose of the Service is to ensure that the day-to-day care provided in Coventry City Council residential homes for children meets the required Quality Standards and that the Independent Visitor employed to undertake the Regulation 44 (2) visits will provide critical & constructive feedback to improve services and highlight areas of good practice. (Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.)
