The Provision of Cleaning Services at Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council premises is essential to ensure a professional and consistent high-level cleaning service is delivered for staff and customers using the facilities. It is intended that the contract will include cleaning of premises floors, surfaces, offices, toilets, kitchens, conference facilities, general areas and all touch points across all relevant council facilities. Selected premises will also require ad hoc event cleaning, cleaning materials, wash room consumables, feminine hygiene, air fresheners and mat rental services.
