The National Library of Ireland is embarking on a single party framework tender process to enable the Library to create, maintain and develop a new website, including a fully redesigned front end with new functionality, and the implementation of a new Content Management System (CMS). The National Library of Ireland proposes to engage in a competitive process in order to establish a single-party framework agreement for services comprising the design, development, support and maintenance of a new website for the National Library of Ireland.It is expected that during the first 12 months of the framework the successful tender will undertake the design and development work required to deliver a new website. It is expected that during each subsequent 12 months the successful tenderer will provide support and maintenance for the website and may be invited to respond to requests from the NLI to undertake additional development work on the site.
