Descriptions
Providers will provide Best Interest Assessments, using all reasonable skill and care as could be expected of a reasonable service provider carrying out similar services.Services shall be provided to the Wrexham County Borough Council’s DoLS Service in a prompt, efficient, professional and ethical manner, in accordance with the statutory timescales and in compliance with:•The Mental Capacity Act 2005•Mental Capacity Act 2005 Code of Practice (2007)•All relevant regulations issued under the Mental Capacity Act 2005•Mental Capacity Act Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (MCA DoLS)•Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards Code of Practice (2008)•Data Protection/Confidentiality•Welsh Assembly Government Guidance for Supervisory Bodies (2009)•Welsh Assembly Government Guidance for Managing Authorities (2009)And•All relevant lawNOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
